CUSTOMER CARE
DART 10-3-2 Gold Standard Rider Support Program
DART values customer loyalty and we value our reputation. We are proud of our wheels and we stand by them. That's why if you purchase a set of DART wheels they will include our 'DART 10-3-2 Gold Standard Rider Support Program', which supports the original purchaser with a 10 year manufacturing defect warranty, and protects the original purchaser (and second owner) for rider damage. Other brands will only cover certain wheels, or limit the time for the support, or limit the claim to only the original purchaser. The DART 10-3-2 Gold Standard Rider Support Program is a comprehensive package designed to protect and keep our customers loyal to DART going forward proving we are high quality, engineering-led, and customer focused.
1.
The DART 10 Year Manufacturing Defect Warranty.
If a DART wheel suffers from an inherent manufacturing defect within 10 years of the original date of purchase we warrant to the original purchaser to repair the defective wheel(s) or supply them with a replacement equivalent product (whichever, at our discretion). Please note the defective wheel(s) and ancillary parts must be returned to DART for inspection, and if deemed defective beyond repair, destruction and ultimate onwards recycling as part of our environmental and sustainability strategies. Bearings, Thru Axles, and Valves are normal wear and tear items, and are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 1 year from the original date of purchase if maintained and serviced in accordance with DART recommendations (check original packaging for recommended maintenance and servicing).
2.
The DART 3 Year Original Purchaser Rider Damage Program.
If a pair of the original purchaser's DART wheels suffer from damage within 3 years of the original date of purchase and we deem the wheels to require replacement, we agree to supply the original purchaser with a replacement set of wheels at 65% of the recommended retail price for those replacement wheels at the time of the claim (local customs, excise, duties and taxes (if any) are to be paid by the original purchaser). Please note the defective wheel(s) and ancillary parts must be returned to DART at the original purchaser's cost for inspection, destruction and ultimate onwards recycling as part of our environmental and sustainability strategies. Rider damage caused to wear and tear items such as Bearings, Thru Axles, and Valves do not form part of the program.
3.
The DART 2 Year Second Owner Rider Damage Program.
If a pair of the second owner's DART wheels suffer from damage within 2 years of the original purchaser's date of purchase and we deem the wheels to require replacement, we agree to supply the second owner with a replacement set of wheels at 75% of the recommended retail price for those replacement wheels at the time of the claim (local customs, excise, duties and taxes (if any) are to be paid by the second owner). Please note the defective wheel(s) and ancillary parts must be returned to DART at the second owner's cost for inspection, destruction and ultimate onwards recycling as part of our environmental and sustainability strategies. Rider damage caused to wear and tear items such as Bearings, Thru Axles, and Valves do not form part of the program.
